Registration for the 2025-26 Children’s Book Challenge
Parents and educators of 4th and 5th-grade students in South Carolina can now register for the 2025-26 Children’s Book Challenge. The deadline to register is Nov. 14.

Sponsored by South Carolina’s electric cooperatives, the Children’s Book Challenge is a great way to engage your students with a cross-curricular project focused on energy education that also correlates to many South Carolina state standards. This writing project directly connects to Art, ELA, Science, Technology, and Social Studies.
